Located just 18 minutes from the popular shopping and dining destinations of Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall, this massive estate is the perfect retreat for luxurious family gatherings, business retreats, golf trips, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. In the one-of-a-kind backyard, enjoy the resort-like setting complete with a pool,spa, sand volleyball court, basketball court, batting cage, putting green and more. The home itself is two stories, has 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and thoughtful design touches throughout.
This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience at an extremely high level during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.
No matter what brings you to visit us we're happy to host you! Our team of concierge are here to assist you with getting your plans underway after booking, too! Also, be sure to let us know should you wish to heat the pool - the cost is an additional $150/night for the duration of your stay to be paid separately, please be sure to request and pay at least one week before arrival.
Please note that during the Winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool
