Located less than 10 minutes away from the exclusive Biltmore area, renowned for its high-end shopping, exquisite dining, and deluxe golf courses, our vacation rental is the perfect retreat for those seeking a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The backyard is a true paradise, featuring a heated pool (+$80/night - please request at least one week before arrival) and spa for your ultimate relaxation. For the competitive types, challenge each other to a game of cornhole or practice your putting skills on the putting green. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the desert night sky. For the ultimate outdoor entertainment experience, head over to the gazebo, complete with a TV for catching up on your favorite shows or movies. The separate casita offers more privacy with a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as a pool table!
We have a 30 AMP RV plug off the second driveway that our guests can use for their small RV trailers. No RV trailers larger than 20 ft can be parked at the home.
Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction.
