Welcome to our Paradise Valley luxury home featuring just under 3000sqft with an attached Casita that's perfect for everyone! This home is in a great central location- only 20 minutes to Kierland Commons, the TPC Scottsdale Champions Course and the Sky Harbor Airport. Just five minutes to Old Town Scottsdale and less than 15 minutes to the Phoenix Zoo, so whatever brings you to Arizona you'll have a great experience here! Be sure to ask about our concierge when you book in order to get your planning underway! This pool has the option to be heated at an additional cost of $125/night for the duration of your stay, please be sure to request and pay at least one week before arrival. This will be paid separately after booking.
Please note that during the Winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.
This four bedroom, three bath home offers a great open floor plan with high end appliances, spacious rooms, great amenities and sits on a half acre lot that features a fantastic pool and 3 hole putting green course!
Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond with an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

Our neighbors are some of our greatest friends! We respect them and ask that our quiet hours of 10pm-7am be adhered to during your trip! We can always recommend locals hang out spots for after hours fun!

You will find it easy to travel the area with Uber and/or Lyft's available! Our team of concierge is here, too to assist you with your trip plans and booking fun activities for the whole family!

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
