Welcome to our Tempe home located in a great, family oriented neighborhood that features a fantastic backyard with a private pool! Here you are just 10 minutes from ASU, Sky Harbor Airport and the Phoenix Zoo so no matter what brings you to visit this home is in the perfect location!
This trilevel home features roughly 1800sqft of modern and updated living space! While with us you can enjoy the spacious backyard that features a pool, spa, putting green, Bocce ball court and fire pit! Inside you can enjoy the ping pong table and spacious interior!
Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.

Bedroom 3: Full over Full Bunk Bed
Bedroom 4: Three Queen Beds and 43" TV
Common area offers a queen air mattress and pack n play!
Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately!
