Welcome to our home located just minutes to the ASU Tempe campus and the airport! You're in the heart of a great, well maintained neighborhood and we invite you to come relax with us! The spacious backyard is private and offers great shade and delicious fruits from your own private citrus tree! Be sure to ask us about our concierge services such as booking tours, golf packages, pool packages, grocery services and more!
Whether coming to visit with us to bring your new college student to orientation or bringing the whole family for a weekend getaway, we are in the perfect location for all activities! The ASU campus and Tempe Marketplace are less than a 10 minute drive or Uber from our home. Roughly 15 minutes from the Sky Harbor International Airport makes traveling a breeze! Heading North you're a quick 15 minutes from the Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Gardens. Endless options for great restaurants and shopping nearby, too!
Minimum age to rent is 25 and must be staying in the home! Please no parties in our home!

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Tempe, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
