Welcome to our home in North Scottsdale close to all the best shopping and restaurants that we have to offer! Only 25 minutes to the airport and 30 minutes to the Phoenix Zoo! You're family will have a great time with all the extra amenities this home has to offer!
Must be 25 or older to rent and the renting person must be staying in the home throughout the reservation.
The Space:
This 3148sqft home is nestled in a great neighborhood with sidewalks for an evening stroll with the family. Warm up next to the fire pit and catch a round of putting practice on the private green. The pool and spa are a great way to unwind, too!

Common area offers a queen air mattress and pack n play!
Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

Getting Around:
Room for multiple cars in the driveway. We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
