Welcome to our relaxing and fun home in North Scottsdale. Experience the expansive backyard with couch seating, outdoor dining, two lounge areas as well as a fire pit area! Inside you will find an open floor plan with high ceilings and lots of seating for a large family or friend gathering! Ask us about our family packages! This home is perfectly designed for a small or large family gathering! 6 adult maximum plus kids.
This family favorite offers 1369sqft of single story, spectacular living space featuring a magnificent backyard with a large pool for the kids of all ages to enjoy! Our guests can relax on the patio or lounge by the pool while grilling out on our propane grill. The kitchen is spacious enough for those dream chefs to whip up a meal while overlooking the pool.
Minimum age to rent is 25 and must be staying in the home! Please no parties in our home!

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyft for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation!
