Conveniently located just a short drive from the Kierland Commons Mall and a variety of shops and restaurants, this house puts everything Scottsdale has to offer right at your fingertips! When it's time to unwind, head out to the backyard oasis. Here, you'll find a sparkling heated pool (+$100/night - please request at least one week before arrival) and spa, perfect for taking a refreshing dip or soaking up some sun. There's also a bocce court for a fun game with friends or family, and plenty of covered lounge seating where you can relax and watch your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. Back inside, the entertainment options continue with a pool table and electronic darts in the game room. When it's time to rest, you'll find comfortable and inviting bedrooms, each with their own unique decor and style!
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• Our housekeeping is on a schedule and needs their full time to get the home ready for the next guests. All unauthorized/unpaid early check-in or late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee every 15 minutes.
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available) - $150+tax each
• No pets allowed
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
